I’ve shied away from reviewing gear. I’ve found that it leads to a consumerist mindset, leading one to buy their way to preparedness. This is not feasible, nor realistic. There is a line between getting the things you need, and keeping up with the Jones.
Always be wise in your spending, and do not buy a thing simply because it looks cool or someone else says it is good. Evaluate the item in question, and decide whether it meets your NEEDS or not.
