A Bug Out Vehicle is a car, bike, motorcycle, or other method of transport that you have prepared to leave home in a Bug Out situation. Most Survivalists prefer an off road compatible vehicle for this purpose, and usually keep it ready to go. Excellent additions to a B.O.V include: off road tires, extended fuel tanks, and roof racks.
